At the heart of Equipped Business Institute is Arrion Jones, a bold leader, business strategist, and passionate advocate for economic empowerment. As the founder of EBI, Arrion brings her real-world experience, faith, and deep commitment to helping others succeed into every program and initiative.

Arrion's journey began like many of the entrepreneurs she now serves — with a dream, limited resources, and a desire to break generational cycles. From working-class roots to becoming a successful multi-business owner, she knows firsthand the challenges of starting and growing a business without a roadmap. That’s why she created Equipped Business Institute: to be the guide she once needed, and to give others the tools, structure, and confidence to build something meaningful.

A true visionary, Arrion has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs across the country launch brick-and-mortar stores, online businesses, and service-based ventures. Her mission is to not only teach business — but to equip leaders to walk in purpose, build generational wealth, and make impact with integrity and faith.

Under her leadership, Equipped Business Institute has grown into a thriving community with over 350 students per semester and a reputation for producing confident, capable business owners who are ready to lead.
